JOB DESCRIPTION

Seek out, identify, and target potential customers
Visit current and future clients, analyze their needs, promote products and services offered by the company, and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Serve and advise our major customers
Create all encountered opportunities in the CRM
Provide technical demonstrations of instruments
Create quotes and send them to customers
Provide after-sales service and maintain strong relationships with customers
Effectively handle client requests and perform the required administrative follow-ups
Develop and market ABTECH’s specific product lines
Provide the necessary technical support (telephone/field)
Train customers when delivering instruments
Actively participate in business development and maintenance activities (trade fairs, networking opportunities, etc.)
Participate in all development and technical projects endorsed by management

Experience in technical sales representation, and business development (strong asset)
Knowledge of heavy and building construction
Experience using GPS/GNSS, Total Stations, and/or Machine Control
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Recognized ability in negotiation and proven ability to work in a team
Availability, creativity, autonomy and leadership
Must hold a valid driver’s license and be flexible for variable schedules and to travel within your territory
Bilingual (to serve our French and English speaking customers in all territory)
